• In the event of odds changes, the odds in effect at the time the bet is placed will be considered final.
• For accumulator bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to be counted as a win.

Hey Bet may, at its discretion, suspend any market or review the outcome of a bet if a technical error or irregularity is identified.

Hey Bet is committed to maintaining a fair and secure betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Managing multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.

Hey bet may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Users may also close their own account by:

• Closed at User Request: You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Your balance will be returned once all pending bets are settled.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible gaming, you can temporarily suspend your account for any period from 1 day up to 6 months.
